"Never heard back from anyone"
I emailed about my order twice and even called once, and still got absolutely no response. I get that things can get busy, but being completely ignored is really frustrating. It left a bad impression, and the customer service was disappointing

"Order was mostly right"
My order from ptreeusa.com showed up in a reasonable amount of time, and, you know, most of the items were exactly what I ordered. The prices seemed fair enough too, so overall there wasn’t really much to complain about there.
The only thing was that one small part wasn’t the one I picked, so I had to deal with that afterward. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, but yeah, the order accuracy could be a little better. I’d probably give them another try, but I’d definitely check everything closely when it arrives

"Staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable"
I went in with a couple of basic questions about parts, and the answers I got were more confusing than helpful. Isn’t that the whole point of asking the staff? It felt like they were guessing instead of actually knowing what they were talking about. I didn’t feel comfortable trusting the advice, so I had to go look it up somewhere else. Frustrating, honestly.

"Support didn’t really help"
I had an issue with a router bit order and reached out to technical support, but they kept giving me short replies that didn’t really answer what I was asking about. It felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone. I eventually figured it out myself after messing around with it, but I probably won’t bother contacting them next time.

"Didn't Fit My Setup"
I thought this would work with my setup, but the compatibility was way off. I double-checked what I needed before buying, so it was frustrating when it didn’t fit like expected. It makes me a little less confident about trusting the product details next time...

I ordered from ptreeusa.com and the delivery ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so for a while I had no clue where my order was or when it was going to show up.
Delays can happen, and I get that, but the lack of updates made the whole thing frustrating. Just a heads up for anyone ordering from them: I probably wouldn’t count on it if you need something by a certain date.

"Not sure I’d order from them again"
I ordered from Peachtree Woodworking Supply once, and it was just okay. The product itself was fine, so no real complaint there, but the shipping felt slower than I expected. What confused me most was that the email said one thing while the order status seemed to show something else, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Nothing awful happened, but the whole experience didn’t really make me want to come back. Next time I’d probably check other sites first unless they had something I couldn’t find anywhere else.

"Arrived in rough shape"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was crushed, barely taped, and the parts were just loose inside with a few scuffs on them. I’ve ordered similar items before for less money and they were packed way better than this. For the price, I really expected it to arrive more protected

Tbh, just looking at the product photos, I probably wouldn’t buy it. Some of the pics look a little small or blurry, and there aren’t enough angles/details to really see what you’re getting. Idk, it just makes the whole thing feel a bit risky.

I was disappointed with this. It felt cheaply made right away, and it broke after barely any use. Definitely not the quality I was expecting.
"Poor communication and slow replies"
I tried reaching out to ptreeusa.com about my order, and honestly... it was frustrating.
The replies took a while, and when someone finally did get back to me, the answers were really short and didn’t explain much. I ended up having to ask the same thing again, which was just... not ideal.
Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me, the communication really wasn’t good. I probably wouldn’t order again if I thought I might need help with anything.

"Return was such a hassle tbh"
I ordered a tool from ptreeusa.com and it ended up not being what I expected, so I figured I’d just return it. Sounds simple, right? Nope lol. The return instructions on the site weren’t super clear, and I had to email them more than once just to figure out what to do.
When they finally got back to me, it felt like I was getting passed around instead of actually helped. I also had to pay to ship it back, and then the refund was less than I thought it would be, which was frustrating ngl.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, idk, but mine was just slow and annoying from start to finish. I don’t see myself ordering from ptreeusa.com again after that.

"Showed in stock, but wasn’t"
I needed a few router bits and the website made it look like they were available, so I went ahead and placed the order. A couple days later, I found out some of them were actually backordered, with no clear idea of when they’d ship. I ended up canceling and ordering elsewhere. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was frustrating because I planned around what the site said. I guess the takeaway for me is that “available” doesn’t always mean ready to ship, and that kind of detail really matters when you’re trying to keep a project moving.

I regret buying this a bit now. When I needed help with the warranty, the whole process dragged on forever and I never really felt like anyone was trying to fix the issue. After going back and forth and feeling ignored, I just gave up. Definitely left me with buyer’s remorse.

I ordered from ptreeusa.com because I thought I was probably getting a decent deal, but once shipping and everything got added in, the total felt a bit higher than I expected. I did check a few other places afterward, and some of the items didn’t really seem cheaper there, which was kind of disappointing.
Nothing was awful or anything, and the order itself was fine enough, but for what I paid, I guess I expected a little better value. I’m not saying I’d never consider them again, but I probably wouldn’t make them my first choice next time.

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
The shipping was the main thing I noticed with this order, and it really dragged. I kept checking the tracking because I expected to see some movement after a few days, but it looked like it was just sitting there for way too long.
I know delays can happen, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but the lack of updates made it more frustrating. Maybe the product itself is fine, but at that point I was mostly focused on wondering when it would actually show up. Not the best experience, and I’m not sure I’d order again

"Felt rushed and frustrated using the site"
I was trying to find what I needed quickly, but the website made it way harder than it should’ve been. Stuff was difficult to locate, and some pages loaded strangely or took a while to show up right. I felt kind of pressured the whole time because I just wanted to get it done, but the site kept slowing me down.
